I just saw an employee talk to a more feminine individual very ugly and made them look incredibly uncomfortable. Even just watching the interaction was physically uncomfortable and you can tell this individual was incredibly hurt. So sad to see

Went to this location yesterday while shopping an employee, possibly a manager (do to her looking older and was giving direction to the other employees) was being extremely rude and targeting a customer. The customer was visibly queen/trans full outfit and makeup shopping in the womens section, while shopping the employee came up to the customer hi SIR can I help you customer stated no and continued shopping. Same employee once again basically announced almost as if she was trying to embarrass the customer OH SIR ARE YOU READY more than once. The customer clearly had enough of her shenanigans and corrected her. This is unacceptable behavior we live in a different time and if she feels some type of way she clearly needs to find a job that doesnt require her working with customers apart of all communities. If this is the type of employees this company hires as a face to represent their company then the company needs reevaluate their standards.
