Sandra the manager needs a therapist.she stresses her coworkers out with her problems with her boyfriend talks about his abusive ways and how unhappy she is with him. I work there for a short period of time I could handle the toxic behavior of her . I was forced to drive the assistant manager to the bank in my car I felt uncomfortable because thats a liability.i felt like its not my responsibility to give an assistant a ride . And she didnt even offer me gas money .The managers let certain people steal from the store and i believe Sandra wouldnt pay for none of her clothes and shoes, she would wear the clothes and not take it off at the end of the shift . We had a group chat for coworkers and they would talk about stuff that was not professional and all times of the night I spoke up to Sandra and she did nothing I took myself off that group chat because I didnt need 2am memes that had nothing to do with work.

Went to buy things for my granddaughter on Mar. 12, 2024. The manager was the RUDEST person I had experienced in a long time. Even another customer said she was rude. I only bought things because my granddaughter likes the store. After the way she acted, I didn't buy more for my granddaughter. I could've said more, but I don't act up in front of my granddaughter. The manager needs to learn how to talk to paying customers nicer.

We went in before closing and left with nothing because their system failed and didnt print a receipt. They said my transaction was voided, and I needed to charge everything again. It was shown pending in my account. By the second transaction, my bank thought it was fraud and wouldnt let me buy anything. I really hope my first transaction was actually voided as well. The ladys at the counter had no idea what they were even doing. They couldnt even tell the difference between a printer and a tablet when corporate on the phone was trying to guide them through the process of troubleshooting their system. I was shopping for my daughter too, so it was super frustrating leaving with nothing.
