        One of the best clothing stores

        Staff was friendly and helpful. Bought my wife shoes when we were there for vacation and she tried one on and because she owns a pair already, didnt try on the other. Got it home and she was getting ready to put them on and realized that the other shoe had a snag and wear marks on the bottom. Called the store and was told would get a call back but havent heard back. She was so excited about it so you can imagine her disappointment. Not good for our first experience shopping at Neiman Marcus.

        Absolutely appalling customer service. A Bottega bag I purchased in store broke after 6 days. I had to call the store about 8 times to get a return processed. Nightmare.
