        I am completely disappointed with Abercrombie Kids. I purchased clothes online for my son for Christmas on December 18th. When I completed the purchase I was notified that my order would be ready for pickup by December 23rd. At no point was I told that only some of my items were available in the store and the remainder would have to be shipped! Now, I receive an email that the rest of my order would not be available for pickup till December 30th! Ridiculous! This was a Christmas gift! Another issue is that they offer to pay in installments with Klarna. Great feature I assumed. However, since I cancelled my order I have to wait for Abercrombie to send confirmation of my cancellation to Klarna. In the meantime they may continue to debit my account for items that I do not have and then wait, yet again, for a refund. This has just been the worst experience I have had with online shopping. I will strongly encourage my son to find a different store for his clothes as I will not be returning here.
