Not the best experience for me. I reached out for assistance, I was told I would get a call back once the receptionist was able to check availability. I waited a few days & called back several times and couldn't reach anyone. Than I put in an online request and waited again. I did finally get the same person on the phone again who said they would call be back and apologized. Well one week later, I still wasn't able to get anyone back on the phone and no follow up call. Im not big on leaving bad reviews but I was not happy with being treated that way. SO this is just a honest review of my recent experience.

Marco and his team are great to work with. I just started a business last and this was the first time I used the Schedule C. They made the process easy and handled everything quickly. I sent my worksheets, that they provided in, and they filed my return the same day. I received my refund within a month. I highly trust and recommend MFCPA for your tax filings and accounting needs. They also have an easy to use online portal.

We moved to Texas 9 years ago. Did a quick google search for a CPA and Marco Flores showed up. Read some reviews and went for it. Marco has been doing our taxes now for 9 years and we couldnt be happier. I love that he has supported us through the growth of our family, the changing of jobs, the launch of a business, the complications of investing, etc. He doesnt just do our taxes but also answers our questions, advises us when we need it, and has always done a great job maximizing our returns. One year I forgot to submit some stock forms, and got hit by the IRS. I quickly reached out to Marco and sent him the forms that I forgot to send him. He was able to support us in an amendment, and saved us thousands of dollars. Would highly recommend using Marco. He is honest and available!
