Today I stoped at Verizon store on Fm 78 and spoke to Tim Qureshi the manager. He went beyon the call of duty helpin the retired 71 year soldier. He listened made calls to Verizon and showe a high level of respect not seen this days. This inspite he was the only one in the store and was overwhelmed with costumers. This is what service is all about I walked out happy and having my concerns address in a professional manner! He helps everyone with a smile even upset customer walkout happy with his service he provides a solution to every customer needs Love this Guy Anthony T Duran

A great experience. Eric is knowledgeable about plans/products, has the patience to answer numerous questions about them and this is all done with efficiency and humor.. Lately, really good customer service seems more the exception than the rule. That being said, I was delighted to receive a text from Verizon with this survey. Verizon cares about the customer's experience and retention! Employees like Eric make it easy to give high marks for service. Thank you for the opportunity to express my opinion. And Eric? High five to him.

Tim the store manager at FM 78 has amazing multi tasking skills he was by himself with 3 other customers and each one walked out happy while he was troubleshooting my phone and helping other customers to upgrade phones... This guy knows his stuff very kind and respectful and good at multi tasking skills and answering phone calls by himself... He can run any store by himself... Thank you Tim for helping me today. I will be coming back to this store for future needs
