Worst experience ever, purchased a phone from this location and within a week my phone battery swelled up and pushed my screen out and when I called for help no one was willing to help. Im beyond annoyed! Do not buy at this location. I wanted to share my experience so that way no one else gets screwed over.

If I could rate 0 would. Went into this location over this weekend, and they had all their price tags covered. Giving people random over priced quotes. I get it you need to make a sale on your accessories. But for a phone that is 159.99 and a upgrade fee of 25. And don't want anything extra. Going to say it's 275. Load of b.s. and then telling people it's mandatory for cricket portect. Legally you are not allowed to tell people that. And hiding the prices is aginst company policy. You can only do that if the phone is not available.. I ended up buying online.
