        This is the First time I ever had a very helpful and pleasant experience at a Verizon store.Love Southern hospitality. This young man listened and understood that I was in troubl now and I may or may not need a new phone. However, it turned out I just needed a new cord and charger. He had a great smile and was so polite. I couldnt afford another phone so I thank him for taking time to figure this out with me. I think he said he moved from South Carolina? Well I hope Texas treats this young man very well
