I went in with a phone that wouldnt turn on and I have a business account and a personal account. Mark came recommended by Dacota , another amazing representative at Verizon, just to mention. As I continued to engage with Mark I was consistently impressed by the professionalism and expertise exhibited by him. Whether it was toggling through both my accounts to brainstorming on how to get me a phone without spending too much. He took my phone to the back and did his thing. He fixed our phone! No money spent and saved us from another big purchase! Thank you Mark for being so Thorough and Patient hats off to you.

Fantastic staff! They helped us understand our bill and change to a plan that better fit our needs. With painless phone upgrades and specially ordered devices we walked away very impressed. The store isn't all too busy which ensures speedy service. Both Marks were very knowledgeable and very kind while our toddler ran all over the store, even playing peekaboo with her during the data transfer process. 10/10 would recommend.

Appreciate the work and knowledge of the people at the Bandera Verizon store especially Matthew. He provided great explanations of my new phone and phone plan and help fix a problem when my monthly charges were not correct. Great working with all.

I'm a Verizon customer as well as a door to door sales rep and I tell you even though it might be construed as biased the people at Verizon know how to take care of their people plus it was nice talking to people who know what I go through on a day to day basis. Though sales for them are easier because they have people coming to them it's still nice to compare
