Absolute scam. Was directed by my mother who found a carpet cleaning Groupon and purchased it to have our carpets steamed. However, when they arrived my fiance was home and they began cleaning. When I arrived they were already packing up, highly unprofessional as they left the home and gave my fiance the bill of $595.78. I was livid, they refused to give us an itemized receipt and took a day and a half to send one. They also told us we had to vacuum after they were done (our vacuum was out of commission at the time and they are a carpet cleaning business!) I have attached a photo to show what we were charged for. They were there for maybe 30 minutes and noted they were there from 1-3pm which is false. There's no way you can get a good clean within 30 minutes doing 3 rooms. We had recently rented a commercial carpet cleaner from home depot and spent much time in each room constantly dumping the water. Do not use this company, after further research they are being sued. Hired another company and they came out and cleaned our carpets a third of the price and very happy with them.

Horrible work! Do NOT use!!! 1st of All they don't answer phones but you have to sign in online then you get someone texting you only. Then he contracts work out so you don't know who you are getting!!! Carpet was still full of debris so their extraction is NOT what it's suppose to do!!! Service: General carpet cleaning

Had purchased a groupon for carpet cleaning services. The tech who came was rude, and informed us that no sanitizer or chemicals are used just water. Nickel & diming for each item, such as sanitizer/detergent. Stairs are not included, neither is a stair landing. $3/step, $5/landing. Got smart with my elderly veteran father over the phone. We still ended up using the service cause we are on a time crunch. Wont ever use again!

We purchased the Groupon to have our sofa cushions cleaned and thought we were good to go. We were wrong. The Groupon was only for water steam cleaning. It would be like showing up to a car wash and paint for the wash. But then as you pull up the attendee charges you 10 more dollars if you want to add soap! I dont blame the technician I blame the company. Beware. They even tried to charge me $25 for fuel because our house was over 20 miles from their headquarters. I live off 1604 and Bandera. Not exactly out there in the sticks never again. I hate it when companies falsely advertise prices.
