When I called Philip and explained my carpet problem about severe pet stains and odor, he gave me a quote over the phone. When he arrived and actually saw the carpet, I assumed the price would be greatly increased with all kind of add ons. I actually thought I would need to replace the carpet, it was so bad. He not only removed ALL the stains to perfection, the price was exactly what he quoted over the phone. Its been two weeks now, and no stains have reappeared.
