I took my car to 'The Install Shop' to get the dash cam troubleshooted. It was a very easy fix and Cortes did not charge me. He also answered other miscellaneous questions on my car and did not feel pressured at all. You can tell he's very knowledgeable and passionate about cars. Would come again.

Cortes was fantastic. I have a 2004 Lexus SC430. Speakers were blown, no review camera or bluetooth. He quoted price and timing. Delivered on quote and on time. Also added in a window control. Very easy to work with and everything is great. Even helped ensure I could link the phone properly.

I needed to have a back-up camera installed. I didnt know what I needed so he provided a few options with quotes over the phone. He ordered the part that day and scheduled me for an appointment. It took less than an hour to install and the camera works perfectly. The price was reasonable.

Absolutely loved the price and the results!!! Went in spent not even $200 to have a backup camera installed and maybe an hour at most was spent. And it works perfectly!!! Thank you
