Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I highly recommend this location. I use this enterprise every month for work and they are quick, friendly, and the vehicles are always clean.

I got a rental through an Insurance claim. Spoke with someone at enterprise saying the rental date was extended and ongoing. To find out when I returned the vehicle I had to pay out of pocket. Charged me for 7 days while my claim was still being processed and my car still in the shop. No notification, email, or call from either parties. Ridiculous establishment and the employees were of no help.

We had a car rental scheduled for pickup at 1:00 on Sunday, but this location closes at 1:00. How can you rent a car to someone with a pickup time after you close? When we called the woman on the phone couldn't even pretend to care. She took no responsibility, just blamed the reservation team. She had no answers, no solutions, no empathy, she just said we needed to be there before 1:00 or we wouldn't be able to get the car. After asking countless times for any semblance of information or assistance, she finally just asked if we wanted to cancel the reservation. It was like she was talking to a customer for the first time, like she had never had a single interaction with another person before. Bad customer service is one thing, and this was atrocious, but failing to even follow through on the promised service is another.
