        They did a superb job of getting us checked in quickly to our vehicle and out the door in a timely fashion so we could get to the hospital to see our first grandbaby be born definitely be using this company again.

        My wife suffered a massive heart attack while we were on our trip and had a Payless rental. After 8 days in the hospital in Corpus Christi, I finally was able to drive her home. She wasnt allowed to fly. When I returned the car in Wichita airport, they told me, not there problem and charge me a $2000 drop fee! My total rental was $4016!!!!! NEVER RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! They are heartless profit mongers that only car about $$$$. And have not sympathy or concern for people that have unexpected medical emergencies.
