        Once you pay, the communication stops. Its sad. I have scratches in my 2023 mustang front and rear windshield that I didnt even notice until I took my car to another shop. The communication ended when I needed my tint redone based on defects and overall sloppy work. Ive literally only made 2 payments on my vehicle and now I have noticeable scratches. Every time I requested the work to be redone, the schedule was full. Its unprofessional and I shouldve known you get what you pay for. It was less expensive and now Im stuck with scratches in my front and back windshields. If you value your new vehicles. Stay away and go with a reputable service.
