Ovation Services, LLC

I had a $4k loan with Ovation Services in 2019. I am paying monthly until April 2024. But when I asked for pay off statement, they said that my pay off balance is $9,500. They added additional fees to my account without my knowledge. And they did not count my 4 years of payment. What a fraud.

Loan Officer doesnt respond to text messages, voice messages or email messages. Would not recommend this company.

This company is very unprofessional. I wish I would have read the reviews before we used them. They are very unorganized. We fell behind on some payments. And they never contacted us to make us aware of it. But they sure did service with a foreclosure. They refused to give me documents, showing that they tried contacting me about my late payments. I even had one woman tell me. will someone was paying it so obviously someone you did. These payments were not paid. Which really I did not know because they failed to make anyone aware that my payments were late. They were quick to run to my door with a foreclosure. Being that they wont prove to me, they sent a letter certified mail. I feel like the are lying. We never received anything.

Every sense I have dealing with the management team Mrs Brisa is the best asset in my personal opinion. She and her staff have provided me with some of the best professional service that money can buy. If it was left up to me and I was there supervisor they all would be getting a raise. Ms Elaine is a great asset to Ovation services.

Not a good experience took almost 1k of pmts for 9 mos with them. Nothing came off my credit besides a late Pmt. I had 6 items still on my report.
