Parks Coffee is a staple in my workplace. I deal with them directly and they always deliver when it comes to customer service and quality products. Our driver, Thomas in San Antonio goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. Thomas and Parks as a whole are unmatched. I highly recommend them for your coffee needs.

In April a technician came out and didnt tighten a fitting and it completely flooded one of the rooms in my business. They brought fans and took pictures and told me it would be taken care of. We are now in December and after 10+ phone calls to them and not one word about it. I was told it would be taken care of and now I am being ignored. I would ever do business here again or refer them to one more person. Time for a lawyer I guess.
