        Tornado is the worst bus I have gone in its really cold. Multiple people have asked the bus driver to turn on the heater and all he said is yes and never turn it up so I went and ask the guy if hes able to turn on the heater that everyone upstairs is cold and we are uncomfortable and he started saying well that its not his fault and that to go back upstairs and he was trying to be a smart mouth with me. After all this is the worst bus.!
