Boot Barn

Staff is kinda rude and unhelpful. Clothes are basic. Been here a few times and the women working look at you like youre dumb and dont speak. It was giving mean girl vibes. The clothes look cute from a far but when you try them on and really look at them they look and feel cheap.

Definitely a smaller location. They didn't have the boots I wanted in my size, so I asked one of the associates to check another store for me. We waited about five minutes only for her to come back and start asking other customers if they needed help. After I gave her a concerned look she asked if I needed anything else. I asked if the other store had my boots and she said no. Really nice of her to inform me of the results. really odd encounter. Probably won't go back to this location

Rolled in very close to closing time on a Friday night. Ruby greeted us as if we were the first customer of the day. She was extremely helpful and when I couldnt find my size she looked at other locations. Still no luck so she suggested I order them online. She assured me they would arrive before rodeo and YES they did. I really appreciate Ruby going the extra mile. Her customer service skills were great and you just dont get that anymore. Thanks again Ruby and Boot Barn

Staff is rude, from register ladies to people on the floor. Asked for helped and a girl sighed along with her neck covered in hickies. Checked out and ladies at the register have attitude. Wont be back.
