My neice Mckenzie had her hair cut and colored by Joslyn Boubel she did an Excellent job on her hair! My necie is turning 21 and this was a Birthday present for her! Mckenzie walking around on cloud nine like she was Cinderella looking in the mirror every chance she gets! Joslyn will make an Awesome Beautian anybody she works on will come out looking like 10" if you know what I mean! Thank you sweetheart for making Mckenzie feel special! Hugs.
