Being in the position to have to file bankruptcy was one of the toughest decisions I ever had to make. There are so many different emotions that come into play that it can feel overwhelming. My first meeting was with Lisa, who helped me understand the process and made me feel comfortable that this decision isn't the end of the world and that you can certainly bounce back after filing. Lisa was great!!! She was always there to answer questions throughout the process whenever needed. Attorney Chance McGhee is very thorough, and his years of experience definitely show. He is very detailed and made the process of filing a lot less difficult than I had imagined.
