        Had to change my review from 5 stars to 1. If there was a 0 I would put 0 stars. Unfortunately they are always closed but online and there customer service line state they're open. Professional courtesy to customers to let them know in advance would be nice. But every minute they are closed for cleaning and whatever other excuse comes up. You have to travel to other locations downtown to get things done. Unacceptable! I will definitely take my accounts else were that's more professional and appreciate customer business. I had great experiences in the beginning but now it's worse than I thought. Very disappointed.

Appointments can be requested for transactions or services that cant be done via an ATM, drive thru or a Banker Connect machine. Lobby access will be temporarily limited to 3 customers at a time to adhere to CDC social distancing rules. Safe deposit access will be by appointment.
