Woodforest is my go to neighborhood bank, it's been since 2014. I've never had a better bank than Woodforest. It's not only where I have my business account, but also my savings account. When I'm there they make me feel welcomed and smiling faces with customer service to the most satisfactory service. Mitchell and Adrian are the best bankers in my neighborhood. Thank you Woodforest for helping me grow my business and savings account.

I went inside of this Woodforest National Bank today - Branch 667 to make a DEPOSIT into my aunts account. I used my card to make the payment and the teller asked for my drivers license. She proceeded to make a copy of the receipt from my transaction along with my drivers license and then she laid that copy on the counter. This immediately set off an alarm for me so I asked what was the purpose of that because that copy has a lot of personal information on it. She said that that she did it just in case I try to dispute the transaction. Why would I dispute the transaction and even still what are you going to do with my drivers license and the receipt of my transaction. She stated that it would be held in a secure location. Above all else, she then asked me if I wanted to open up an account with them! That really upset me! After all of this shady dealings, why would I open an account with you?! So I called the corporate number and they assured me that she was NOT following protocol! Please dont open an account here if the bank tellers are not following protocol and are keeping sensitive information in a secure location like the front counter!!

My experience was amazing they helped me right away they answered all my questions and everyone was nice and caring always mead sure to ask me questions to make sure we didn't for get anything so highly recommend this location. And to all the employees there thank you for the great hospitality and great customer service
