        Their fraud department is NOT 24 hours. So my account got hacked Saturday morning and cleaned it out- this is the 2nd time in 3 years this has happened. They charge a monthly fee for upkeep and "security". I have no way to speak to anyone until Monday. Great business practice. I will be closing my account as soon as the charges are disputed.
