I was pleased with how they handled my car when it needed a tow. The woman who I had spoken with over the phone was professional and understanding of the situation. I needed help asap and she immediately directed one of the trucks over in my direction. Although it took a little over an hour to get there, I still think it was good service. I was recommended by a coworker to use Richard's and it didn't disappoint; my car was handled with care and I would recommend to anyone else in need!
