They took my car in quickly, did an amazing job, and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. Highly recommend! The folks at the car shop were super down to earth and straight to the point. No beating around the bush. Loved their straightforward approach! Service: General repairs & maintenance

The people here are super friendly. Unfortunately we spent a few days getting some work one on our F150 while traveling and not a few hours after we got back on the road, this same issue started up again. After $1350 nothing was resolved. Pretty frustrating. Update 10/18/2023: I went to get the issues resolved at another facility and was told that the installation on the ring and pinion for the rear wheel drive was replaced incorrectly (causing the humming noise). The fix is to apparently start all over! After $3200 this is completely unacceptable. Brand new parts twice. I didnt even know it was an issue when I went to this shop for another issue. They found this issue so I am not convinced it was a problem in the first place. update 10/23/23: talked to some specialists locally who told me that when you replace the ring and pinion that there is a 500 mile break-in period. So all the work that was done at this shop needs to be redone. Tieken knew we had to travel and didnt inform us about the fact that it was not supposed to go in the highway for 500 miles. Im absolutely blown away by the incompetence. I was absolutely taken advantage of. Do not let them work on your vehicle.
