I bought a new 2024 Maverick and went to the Austin Hwy Autozone to get some new items for my truck. I was so excited and Shauna could see how excited I was and went the extra mile to help me find all the items I was looking for and needed. I had a great experience at AutoZone auto parts last week. I had a problem with my headlights that were recently replaced at another shop. They were not working properly and I was worried about driving at night. I went to AutoZone and they quickly found the product I needed for my car. They also came out to help me install it. We ran into some trouble fixing the headlights, but they did not give up. They got more experts, watched a video and then fixed it. They did all this on a holiday, when other places would have charged me more money and time (other places were not even ready to take my car in). The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they did it with a smile and no expectations. They were courteous towards everyone who came to the store. I highly recommend AutoZone for their excellent service and products. They really saved my day!
