I ended up at Estradas after being recommended from my Chevy dealership. I cannot recommend them enough. I had initially gone to safelite and safelite did absolute terrible work. Not only did they damage my vehicle, but they refused to take responsibility for it. Estradas was able to work with my insurance, document all the errors and damage that safelite caused and fix everything good as new. Estradas makes you feel like they truly care and youre not just another customer in a revolving door. If you need glasswork done, dont look anywhere else. Go to Estradas.

While visiting from out of town the window on our rear passenger door was broken and some Christmas gifts were stolen. I called a dealer and was referred to Estradas. Tammy took my information and asked if I could drop off asap. I dropped off at 10am and she managed to locate a replacement and had the window repaired by 4pm. Upon completion, I spoke to Susie and informed her that I might not make it by 5pm closing time. She offered to stay late so I could pick up my vehicle. These two employees went above and beyond to get my window repaired and vehicle back to me the same day. I highly recommend Estradas!
