Went in for an estimate per USAA requirements. Had a scheduled appointment however the service writer was at lunch when I showed up. Pictures were taken and I was told I would receive an estimate later that day. 24 hours later still nothing, called to follow up, finally got an estimate that included less than half of the required repairs and had the incorrect parts listed.

This used to be a good place before Service King took over years ago. They still do amongst the best in painting but I still have issues from their incompetence with putting my trunk lid back together.

I had a black n white leather Dooney & Bourke change purse in the arm rest compartment n it's not there anymore n I had a small bag of tools in the trunk n the bag was wide open, they make u sign a wavier for anything that is missing or lost items. I told the girl there n she said that its not like the first time this has ever happened before. Figures y they make u sign that paper!!!!!
