Bracken Collision 281 Bulverde

Had a horrible experience with these guys. Bad communication, didn't use OEM part as quoted, stranded me twice, no response when I sent a letter to the owner. Locks still don't work correctly. Still haven't heard a peep from these guys and they still have my $400 for nothing. Waiting to be called a not really customer

I guess well see what happens with my company truck thats been there over a month. All I keep getting is waiting on part and we wont start until we get them in. Then we have others ahead of yours sir. Even 3 weeks later and when the fleet management company calls you still waiting on parts. If this was the case whats its really going to take because if your busy dont hold others up. Guess gotta keep calling and nagging to get the vehicle even started on. Its been sitting in the same spot since it was dropped off. Like I said well see how much longer it takes and how it looks at completed. Ill keep writing until the vehicles complete.

Great customer service. My car was ready before the time projected and I was kept informed along the way. Repairs looked great and I was happy to see how well my car was cleaned upon picking it up. Molly and Todd took extra time to listen to my requests and took the best care of me!
