I recently established an Revocable Living Trust with the Voeller Law firm. I worked with James Voeller to create the trust. He was my parent's estate lawyer and helped my family through the legal process when my father died. We were very happy with the support and guidance we received. I found Jim and his staff easy to work with, efficient, knowledgeable and experienced. My situation was complicated in that I owned homes in different states and in Mexico and he was able to give advice on the best way to handle these in the trust. He provided an organized binder of documents to contain everything in one place and a flash drive of copies so I can easily store and send the information to my executor.
