They are still "assisting" or burning time with my cases. If you are using them to fight a ticket, they won't. They just post-pone your cases several times and end up doing the same thing you can do on your own via web, they are not there to do do anyone any favors. Again...They will not fight your case. I am putting this review because I am sick of sending emais and messaging in their case portal and they never take the time to respond. If you call, you'll talk to Ruby and she will have no clue of what's happening in your case and she will "pass along" your concerns. Not using this firm ever again. Save yourself time. Go to court, use the kiosk or go online and pick school option or deferral for your ticket and done. Don't pay a bunch of lazy paralegals to do the same.

Bad experience. Waste of money. I wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone. They asked if I could prove my innocence instead of they other side proving my guilt.

My regular attorney had suffered some health issues and I needed help with a traffic ticket, unfortunately I chose this law firm, a horrible experience due to poor communication and not really working for the client but for the cheapest outcome with the least amount of work. I've worked with plenty of attorneys over the last 25 years but I will never work with this firm again!
