Alamo As-Builts

I worked with Brandon H., on my home addition. Not a big project under 100sq ft and Alamo was great to work with. They were very good at communicating with me on what was going on throughout the process. Their fees are within our budget and even worked with their recommended engineering firm to finish a full working set for City and contractors bid. Thank you Jody, Ashley and Brandon.

Overall disappointed in the lack of creativity and 'can't be done', 'too expensive', 'poor resale' feedback for every idea requested. Two visits and $500 later got a non-working, average sketch with no elevations AND an invoice for an additional $85, sorta like getting a bill from an attorney. (i.e., 15 minute charge to process an invoice to send me) At the same time was sent a $2000 deposit required contract. Had higher expectations as they were referred by an actual architect firm, but seems like this company is getting a cut for sending work to specific contractors. I was looking for ideas and 'design' and got neither.

We have worked with Alamo As-Builts many times over the years and we very much appreciate the top quality skill and professionalism with which they create unique, beautiful, and entirely custom designs for homes and other buildings. They have talented people on staff and offer exceptional service. We highly recommend!

We were referred to Alamo As-Builts by another architect. We found them to be very professional and were great about meeting within our schedule and timeline, even meeting with city personnel to ensure the final plans met local codes/ordinances. Every builder weve met with has been highly complimentary of Alamo As-Builts work, both the design and completeness of the final permitted plans. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for as-builts or plans for an addition to their current space.
