I had an appointment scheduled today between 1 and 5. Never showed, never called, unable to talk to anyone at the office.

Would leave a zero. They never answer, never return your call even if you leave a voicemail or send a msg.. as well, they won't even show up at the appt time slot!!!! Ppl Choose another company for service, not this company!!!

Call was made to this company from Whirlpool extended warranty. Service was scheduled between 8am and 12pm.. didn't show until 2:49pm, took apart my oven, confirmed it was not working (ha) and left. Said he'd come back with the right part, never came back or returned my calls or texts. This happened on a Friday. It's Monday now, still no word from them, and they're not answering their phone. Save your time and money.. DO NOT USE TEXAS APPLIANCE REPAIR!!!!!!! They don't even deserve 1 star.. but that's the lowest option. Service: Stove, cooktop & oven repair

We tried using this company through Maytag. We made an appointment and they never showed up. I waited all day for them to be a no communication/ no show. We have have called, texted and emailed multiple times with no response. Kinda seems like a scammy company?! Not sure why Maytag uses them as their service provider. Terrible experience. Stop looking for someone to service our washer. 100% would say do not waste your time with this company Service: Washing machine repair
