We had our fridge give out 3 days before Thanksgiving. I called and they agreed to work us in for repair on the same day. Alex, the first technician diagnosed the problem but did not have the right part but he was able to find a technician who did have it so they came out a few hours later and fixed it. I am so grateful they were able to do this quickly and professionally. Well done!
