        Forged Lease agreements! Outrages fees that the tenants are now being penalized for their wrong doing! The Property Manager is MIA and never available nor returns any phone calls. Avoid at all cost.

        Im going to start out by saying when I first moved 14 months ago these apartments had 4 stars since then we have had 2 different companies that took over and as you can see they have gone down to 2 stars among all the bad things I can say ONE sticks out the most THESE APARTMENTS ARE INFESTED WITH ROACHES its is the most disgusting thing Ive ever dealt with in an apartment and these roaches are ruthless they will get in and on everything they are not scared my advice to anyone moving in I would fog your apartment at least twice before moving in Im so happy this is my last month

        Dont believe all the fake reviews they have bots posting to keep the rating high. They keep removing my review because its not good for them but this place is just filthy. Trust and believe the 1 star reviews. This place is not worth living at and spending your money. Find better.

        I watched this place go downhill fast. Disgusting hallways filled with garbage, rats and roaches roaming the premises. Dog poop never cleaned by facilities with trash overflowing. Constantly switching management companies , peoples cars getting tires stolen or broken into, and terrible management that dodged us at every move when we needed help. Its been 6 months and still no security deposit given from Timberhill commons. They acknowledged that the security deposit was to be returned and still havent given it back. Shady parent company and shady complex. DO NOT MOVE HERE. An overpriced complex who have no issue collecting your money but refuse to give back whats owed to you.

        This place has definitely taken a turn for the BETTER, the new management team has really improved the quality of living here. They are responsive and considerate to any issues I have with my apartment. I love the fact that I can pay my rent and request help from maintenance just using the app on my phone. 5/5 would recommend
