I have been at this complex for 6 years so far. I have seen the complex change names 3 times, and many different managers. The day Mak and LuLu started working, there were positive changes in the community. Since Mak has taken over the manager position, and LuLu as assistant you can feel the difference. They both are amazing at what they do. They truly care about the residents and the property. Maintenance is handled quickly. Thank you Favio and Raul. I love living here.

Since Felicia left, there is peace in this place, you can calmly go to the office to talk to Lulu and Mak, you feel the change, success and I know that they will make this complex the best in this area

The Frederick staff is amazing!! They are always there to help me in whatever I need. Mak is awesome! Lulu is awesome and Fabio & Raul have been great with maintenance!! Awesome job!! Also, I have been here for three years and this is the best staff I have had since Ive been here!

Going on 2 years living here at The Fredrick and ever since Felicia stopped being the manager here, it has been amazing. Maintenance is on top of things, Mak and Lu are wonderful at what they do, its a peaceful community, neighbors are super cool, i have no complaints! This place has definitely improved and i have 0 doubts that itll continue to do so now that we have people who actually care about their residents and community running the office. Awesome work Lu and Mak!

When I first moved in almost 2 years ago I would not have left a good review at all. I had needed a place quick and the price was right. The previous property management tried to put me in an apartment where literally nothing worked. I insisted they find me another. There weren't many people living here at all at the time. It was a mess, dirty and run down looking. Since then the new (less than 2 years)property management company has been making improvements and renovations to the buildings. After the larger renovations, more people moved in, that care about taking care of where they live. It isn't perfect but it's way better. After Felicia, the old manager left, it is even better. She was super unpleasant, rude and dishonest. It was not comfortable here at all with her around. I am way happier now. Mak the new manager (she's been here for almost 2 years under the old manager)is amazing, friendly and true to her word. She makes me feel welcome. I wasn't going to stay, primarily because of Felicia.But with the work that has been put in and the community mindedness that Mak and Lulu are fostering, I'll be around here a while longer It's great that Mak an Lulu make this feel like home.
