This is an Update as of Dec 2023. My feeling for these apartments hasnt changed one bit. I have now been living here since 2016 and I am comfortable with living here. I can say that if you need anything fixed our maintenance Juan will come to your rescue. Since living here, I have had the honor of knowing our assistance manager Lauren who sadly left us but by the grace of God returned back to our location and I am happy. She will give you the information that you need and more. Lastly we have German who is our property manager. He will listen to everything and will have an understanding or try to help out in any way on whatever the problem may be. We have had major property renovations and I love every bit of the change .. I would say one major implementation that was put in place is visitor parking .. I would advise if you do not have a parking sticker, please park in the visitors parking spots only. Lastly they all have done a great job by keeping the apartments clean and ready to go for the next resident. Welcome future residents. Below is a post that I posted a couple of years ago . My journey has been nothing but good here. Ive lived here for about 3 years now and if its ever any problems within my home they take care of it without hesitation . This apartment is very well taken care of , getting the yard cut every other weekend it seems like to me , and making sure all the bushes are trimmed nice and neat. The quietness is unbelievable. We have an amazing staff here which is Lauren and Office manager Herman. The maintenance guy Juanito is awesome as well. They will make sure any question you have is answered . No problems on my end. Keep up the good work !!!!
