I have been on many tours during my search for a place to call home but this has been one of the nicest and funniest ones yet. Katherine was an amazing help and such a fun person to talk to. I really enjoyed my time there. Thank you Katherine.

This property is lovely and I had the pleasure of having Katherine help us look for a two bedroom. She went above and beyond helping both my sister and I. Even the families and tenants we passed seemed happy to greet Katherine with wave, really making this community feel homely.

As kind as the management is, the actual quality of the apartments overshadows all of it. I had roaches COVERING my apartment the entire summer no matter how much I cleaned or how many traps I set. They came from my sink drains and you could even go outside and hear them in the outdoor drains. The water was being shut off all the time, and we had no hot water during the entire freeze this last January. They still advertise this place as a gated complex, but the gates NEVER work. I lived here for 15 months and they worked for a total of maybe a week. For a while, they closed the east and west gates and had every single tenant going in and out of the middle gate. Cars were always being broken into, and there were even two shootings on the property. After both of these, the property would make a feeble attempt at fixing the gates. They would work for a day or two, but then I would find myself being stuck outside of my own complex because the app to open the gates wouldn't even work. The worst part was that they had everyone pay in a money order the month of July. I called the complex to tell them that I had emergency surgery and was unable to drive to get the money order or walk to give it to the complex. They told me that I'd have to pay a late fee if I didn't have someone do it for me, and that they gave me advanced notice so I should have scheduled my EMERGENCY SURGERY better. I don't recommend this place unless its a last resort.
