        Good afternoon, If you are military, please be aware of their practices. If you get orders and are leaving during the first or second week of the month, you will still be required to pay a full months rent. I have never encountered this in the rest of the country in my 17 years of service while in service or my 3 years stationed in Texas.

        MILITARY MEMBERS (PLEASE READ)If you are military do not rent from this place. Under SCRA you are allowed to get rid of your lease due to deployment or PCS. One of my personnel is currently having an issue with them due to Texas property code 92.017 which states they dont terminate the lease until the end of the month. So even if you need to leave on the 4th of the month they will still charge you the full months rent!!! Dont let this happen to you!!!!
