New management is attentive to tenants' questions and requests. The complex is conveniently located close to grocery stores, restaurants and North Sar Mall. Olmos Park is located nearby for recreation.

Yo this old lady Michelle is so unprofessional and disrespectful. My chick was looking for apartment to sign a lease this old lady talks ghetto. Old lady trys to dress young Leave it to the young chicks my chick try to ask her a question about signing a lease and etc.. she was rude to my chick and she talks like shes is in special Ed no disrespect the lack of communication its a good thing She decided not to sign anything my chick didnt want to deal with this old lady she new was was gonna have problems with her.

Super unprofessional management- Michelle the lady in the office lacks communication skills, is super rude, and is never there. She just took my application with the application fee of $50-and didnt communicate anything to me about the status of my application. I would call and she would put me on hold for over an hour Im sure just waiting for me to hang up and once I didnt hang up I waited- so she hung up. If this is how they handle simple applications, I fear how they handle more serious and pressing apartment issues. Im extremely grateful that I am not living here. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else. I want my $50 application fee back as I had such a bad experience with this place, though I know I wont be getting it.
