I was visiting my sister here the upstairs neighbors must be professional noise makers I complained to them they didnt care my sister stated that she complained to the manager various times useless manager my fathers car got broken into still awaiting on the security footage dont book your apartment here management sucks if you are on a floor below they will assure that your upstairs neighbors have a Harvard degree in noise making from all hours of the day each time I visited my sister these people wouldnt stop their tap dancing competition Im not usually one to complain but management sucks the upstairs neighbors suck security sucks we had been complaining and nothing had been done

This place has fenced yard off your patio in select units . This is very hard to find in the DT area this was a major selling point for me Also they were my 5th apartment visit in 2 months. They acted like apartment staff should which is they really want you to be there. I am glad Be aware the deposits will run you in the$1500 to $2000 if you have pets but most are refundable if you move out I have not moved in yet but will update as my time progressed I have high hopes and am optimistic based on what I have experienced here UPDATE after 6 months living here great property but its going be more expensive than you think. It's all the additional fees to get in and also packages once you move in. You won't be disappointed but you are gonna pay for nice! I enjoy my time here and the pet amenities are probably the best in the area I am probably going to look for another apartment after this year. Yes it that will be a downgrade, but I imagine rates will continue to rise in this area anyway so gonna have to shop for a deal eventually
