I give La SIlva a 10 out of 10. I've been here for a little over two months. Maintenance is so wonderful. I've needed my kitchen bulb replaced, my screen door adjusted, and just a few minor tweaks to my unit and maintenence has been on it every single time. No roaches here. Super friendly neighbors. Great neighborhood. People are always out walking their pets, kids are playing outside, quiet evenings. Front office is friendly and always has free snacks. Kudos to Rockwood Property Management for taking over these and raising the bar. I look forward to the 24hr access to the fitness center. La Silva is definitely a bang for your buck

The following pictures are of a current apartment on move in day. This is the condition of the apartment considered move in ready. The apartment does smell of musk and mildew. Everything is poorly painted over.

I live in these apartments now and it is horrible my car got broken into twice in 1 week the leasing office doesnt seem to care the maintenance men started laughing when we came out to see out cars broken into multiple people complaining about it they wont put cameras up but has camera by the leasing off pointing at their cars they dont fix anything its taken them a whole month to fix my door that was broken even before I moved in its trash and old furniture everywhere loose dogs running around the place is a mess
