I. Wish I didnt renew my lease here Definitely not worth the money extremely small stairs are really narrow you cant bring Any furniture up stairs old dirty stairs there is spider webs all over it at night there is 20 raccoons next to dumpster really dangerous going to your car sometimes they are hiding under it PPL SMOKING WEED in there apt my apartment stinks and all my stuff I been ask at my work if I am smoking because my clothes smells really embarrassing I talk to office they are sending emails thats not doing anything I am only giving 3 stars because office staff is nice and willing to help

Zero. There was a lack of transparency regarding the application requirements. The staff did not provide any detailed information or discuss the necessary criteria before accepting my application. I was taken aback when they abruptly demanded a substantial upfront payment of six months' rent otherwise they will deny my application. The customer service a was disappointing. The staff members exhibited a dismissive and rude attitude. In addition they will not refund you the 100$ deposit back. The application process is fishy.

By far one of the best managed apartment complex I ever resided in.. Ms. Laura was absolutely the best manager Ive ever had the pleasure to have dealt with.. she went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of in a timely manner.. She had built such an amazing bond with my father before he passed that when she heard about his passing actually made sure my mother was okay and extended her love and condolences offering us anything we needed in our time of grievance.. the apartments themselves are beautiful and well kept.. the pool is always cleanI highly recommend this property to anyone in need of a place to live.. 10 out of 10..
