RITEWAY SERVICE COMPANY

11/02/21 I was driving today when a white truck/van started driving right behind me; tailgating me. This was approximately 1446hrs. This vehicle continue to tailgate me for almost a mile to include through a school zone. I then had to make a turn, and the vehicle passed me with the driver throwing something out the window at my vehicle. The driver of course had some tattoos, which I am sure makes him a tough guy. I saw the "RITEWAY" sign on the vehicle along with a phone number. I immediately called the number and advised the person on the phone what had happened. She assured me management would be made aware of it. I almost laughed. I am sure the company will not do anything about this because most companies seem not to care, or do not hold their employees accountable. If this is the type of people who work for this company why would anyone want them in their house. One never knows; if you tell this particular technician you did not think they did a good job he may attempt to throw something at you or curse you out. I highly recommend not dealing with them. Oh I am sure if the driver was asked he would say this is all my fault. Although I was not the one tailgating nor was I attempting to speed through a school zone, nor did I throw anything at his vehicle. Never do business with Riteway or you could get this employee who obviously has an anger problem and could take it out on you in your own home.

I called a little after 9am yesterday with my A/C not working since Thursday evening. They said they would get to me that day. The Technician arrived in the early afternoon and found our unit had frozen up. He thawed it out, checked the all reading were correct and had us back with cool air again. This is a company that will take care of you when you need it most. A+ for their service. Service: AC maintenance

The company I work for uses Riteway for several different locations around San Antonio. They are always the first we call because their rates are unbeatable and their response times are so fast. Their great work doesn't stop there as our tenants are always happy with their professionalism and quality of work.

We have had Riteway service our AC and Heating unit for more than 10 years. They are always on time and even available on the weekend if I have a problem. They do maintenance on our 17 year old system twice a year and help manage problems before the cause outages on our system. The repairs required are lower cost because problems are discovered early and they keep our system running at full capacity. I highly recommend them. If someone tells you that you need a new system, call Riteway first. A repair might be all that is necessary.
