I've been with Comfort Air for more than 10 years and I haven't had a bad experience with them. Nathan (Nate) came for my latest checkup and I was very pleased with his professionalism and patience.

Was misdiagnosed was told the Thermopile was bad, and it was going to cost $385 to replace it. After further diagnosis from another company, found the thermostat wire was shorted out causing the heater malfunction

THESE GUYS HAVE SKILLS!!! Had a leak in my bathroom sink drain somewhere inside the wall which was in between some custom stucco work and very nice tile work in my shower. I was sure that I would either have to tear out a lot of the tile or ruin my stucco exterior wall, but these guys actually fixed the leak by sliding a compression sleeve into the wall without damaging ANY of the exterior stucco or my tile work ... I still cannot quite believe how they did this, but I am eternally grateful for their exceptional skill and care in fixing my leak - Mr. Carmichael performed more like a surgeon than a plumber - IF YOU HAVE ANY KIND OF PLUMBING ISSUES HIRE THESE GUYS, YOU WILL BE VERY HAPPY YOU DID!

Comfort-Air has been servicing my air conditioning/heating system for over a decade and has always done so with professionalism and expertise. The most recent work I had done on my system was performed by Steven, and the service was phenomenal! I know that when I call Comfort-Air I can trust that the job will be done right and with care.

I had an immediate plumbing issue during the holidays when I had house guests and my water heater failed to produce hot water. I called Primo Plumbing and a technician arrived within 2 hours. The technician, Max Macias immediately diagnosed the problem and found a part locally. After replacing the part, the system still did not work and it was found to be a defective part. Unable to find a replacement, Max rerouted the water line to be serviced by another hot water heater that was operational. He reassured me that he would not leave my home without hot water. And he succeeded. My highest compliments go to Max and apprentice William for a job well done!! Pattye Byrom
