Martin is a magician! We closed on our new house in early January thanks to him. He was fast, reliable, knowledgeable, and proactive all along the process and found us a great, unbeatable rate along with almost $4k in lender credits. I have a good credit score, but some bigger banks I applied for gave me an average interest rate, whereas the rate Martin found was 0.375% lower than my other 3 quotes (which saved me around $100 in monthly payments). I even recommended Martin to a good friend of mine, who was in the process of closing but having problems with his lender due to some outrageous unforeseen expenses that were not communicated earlier.
