As first time home buyers, we were absolutely blessed to work with Valerie. Right after our offer was accepted on a house, our first lender was giving us issues, so our Dad referred us to Valerie, who had initially helped him close on his house. We needed to do a fast close around 22 days, and Valerie said she could do it without any issues. True to her word, Valerie was on top of the whole process, she kept us updated, answered any of our questions within minutes of emailing her, and we closed a day earlier than originally planned.
