Todds Towing LLC

I did not visit Todd's Towing lot under the most favorable circumstances, my car was totalled and towed there from the accident scene. They are a friendly company. Very accommodating in letting us drive back to our car and get our stuff out of it. All the airbags deployed so it was rather difficult getting to the glove box and back seat. But overall not a BAD experience.

By far the worst towing company Ive ever dealt with. They lied on multiple occasions and are the most dishonest company I have ever experienced. Do not use them!

Very rude and very unprofessional staff. The lady hung the phone up in my face while I was in the process of checking the mileage from the spot where my car ran hot on me to my home. And when I called back, she said that I took too long. Bad costumers service, to say the least

They and the cops are working together on charges for towing. We told the cops that we already had towing on our insurance but they refused to allow us to tow the vehicle. So, they brought in their tow truck company even though the vehicle wasn't in an accident. That's capitalism for you
