Completely ran by a bunch of low skill-low knowledge. Extremely reckless. Saw a driver on the road driving incompetently. Flipping people off and smoking in the car while going 85 in a 50. A buddy of mine hired them for some work, he also had a bad experience.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Please folks do your research. If you have a home warranty company, please if they suggest All Out Plumbing. If possible request another company. They gave me an estimate on non covered cost of a water heater replacement $1665.00 . In 2018 codes were changed for installation of water heaters. We understand this, but when you put things inside the estimate that's not needed, or over priced. We are all smart people Do your research. We all work to hard for our money to be ripped off.
So what does that tell you. Buyer be ware.
We decided to buy our own water heater, and let a reputable company install it. They stand behind their work, and We all know this company. We are happy. Do your research. We may have passed on a free water heater, but we didn't get ripped off either. Plus we came out on top. We still haven't heard back from them on our master bedroom faucets. Which is fine. I don't want them in my home anyway. They don't wear booties, I had to give them booties to put on their feet to come in our home. ladies we know how we are about our homes, and carpets. DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!!! Don't get taken for your hard earned money. I hope they are happy with that $125.00 service fee. Once you're up to code. You won't have to worry about all the extra code upgrade charges when you need another water heater. Do your research please. Be aware of plumbers who try to get over on consumers.

The guy showed up promptly, took about 5 minutes to resolve my water leak. Everything works well now.

I have been a State of Texas Licensed Plumbing Inspector since the early 1990's. I ran building inspection departments for two major North Texas cities for over 30 years, so I know what I am talking about.
I would advise you TO STAY AWAY FROM ALL-OUT PLUMBING!
This company has completely corrupted the process of home warranty service. My water heater went out in March 2024. The water heater had been previously replaced by an American Home Shield contractor, and the installation and all accompanying pans, drains, valves, water lines and gas lines were code compliant under the current International Residential and International Plumbing Codes (the only exception is that the domestic water supply needed a simple shut-off valve).
The plumber came out initially to inspect the water heater, and damaged sheetrock on the shelf next to the water heater platform. The plumber left, and said he would turn in the order to AHS. I called the company the next day to ask about the status, and was told by the company owner that the cost would be $2200, EVEN THOUGH THE REPLACEMENT WAS COVERED BY AHS!
I asked what the charges were for, and he began telling me a list of items that were absolutely NOT required by code to be installed or modified. In other words, his scope of work was totally dishonest. I told him that I would not pay for items that were not required. He removed some of the cost, but the total was still over $1500, for work that was mostly not necessary. Never was I provided a written scope of work. They did not repair the broken sheetrock.
10 days after my water heater went out, the plumbers replaced it, and demanded immediate payment. Still, they provided no written invoice. I told them I needed the written invoice, and they said the owner would send it to me. Over the next several days, I requested the invoice several times. Finally, 3 days after the water heater was replaced, the sent me an invoice. The invoice included over $300 dollars of WORK THAT WAS NOT PERFORMED, in addition to all of the work they claimed was necessary, but was not. Over a week later, I still have not received the refund of the work that was not done. The owner has also refused to repair the damaged sheetrock.
I have filed a complaint with American Home Shield, as well as the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners. I was fortunate enough to be aware of plumbing codes, so that I could at least have some of their ridiculous costs removed. But how many other customers have paid for these items, not knowing any better?
I contacted another plumber to get an idea of what he would have charged, and his estimate was the cost of the water heater, and $800 for installation. So, in other words, I could have paid less money WITHOUT A HOME WARRANTY.
This company is using warranty work as a cash cow, charging inflated prices, and charging you for work that is not necessary, not to mention charging for work that is not even performed. I would urge everyone to look very closely at their charges, and do not pay for items that are not required. If you are fraudulently charged, FILE A COMPLAINT with the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners - it is an easy process to do, and hopefully it will put an end to this company's dishonest tactics.
In fairness, the actual service plumbers themselves were very professional and helpful, and performed quality work.
If you are not familiar with plumbing, and you think you may have been defrauded by this company, or if you need help filing a complaint with the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners, please email me at tycobb2522 at aol dot com, and I will help you.
